Orders and delivery

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

This store delivers within Nigeria only, with Fez Delivery. For delivery in the United States, visit lorime.store.

How long will my order take?

Orders are handed to Fez within one working day of payment. Delivery to Lagos usually takes three working days, and to other states five to seven working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is charged at Fez Delivery’s rate for your state. You see the exact fee at checkout before you pay.

How do I track my order?

When Fez collects your order, you receive a WhatsApp message with a tracking link. You can also enter your tracking number on our tracking page.

Can I change my address or cancel?

Yes, until the order is dispatched, for a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp at +1 929 602 4742 or write to support@lorime.store as soon as you can. Once an order has been dispatched it is handled as a return.

Returns

How do I return something?

Within 14 days of delivery, message us on WhatsApp at +1 929 602 4742 or email support@lorime.store with your order number. We reply within one working day with the return address and next steps. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and in their original packaging.

Does a return cost anything?

Not if the piece is faulty, damaged or not as described. Tell us within three months of delivery and we pay the return delivery. For a change of mind, return delivery is at your cost. See Shipping & Returns.

When will I get my refund?

Within 3 working days of the item reaching us, to the payment method you used. Your payment provider may take up to 10 working days to show it in your account.
