Shipping policy

Lorime Global Limited ships throughout Nigeria with Fez Delivery. Orders are packed at our premises in Abeokuta, Ogun State, and collected by Fez.

Processing

Orders are handed to Fez within one working day of payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times and cost

Standard delivery is free on every order. There is no paid delivery option.

Delivery within Ogun State usually takes one working day from collection. Lagos and all other states usually take two to five working days from collection. These are Fez Delivery's service times and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a WhatsApp message with a tracking link when your order is collected. You can also follow your order on our tracking page at /pages/fez-delivery-tracking.

If delivery fails

If Fez cannot reach you at the address given, they will call the number on your order and attempt delivery again the next working day. Please make sure the phone number and address on your order are correct and reachable.

Where we ship

We ship within Nigeria only. For delivery to the United States and the rest of the world, visit lorime.store.

Risk and lost orders

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address given. If your order has not been delivered within fourteen working days of collection, contact us and we will treat it as lost and either refund or replace it.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
