Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Nigeria with Fez Delivery. Orders are packed at our premises in Abeokuta, Ogun State, and collected by Fez within one working day of payment.

Standard delivery is free on every order. Delivery within Ogun State usually takes one working day from collection. Lagos and all other states usually take two to five working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are Fez's service times and are not guaranteed.

You will receive a WhatsApp message when your order is collected, with a tracking link. You can also follow it on our tracking page. If Fez cannot reach you at the address given, they will call the number on your order and try again the next working day.

We do not ship outside Nigeria from this store. For delivery to the United States and the rest of the world, visit lorime.store.

Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and in its original packaging. Return delivery for a change-of-mind return is at your cost.

If an item arrives damaged, has a fault or is not as described, tell us within three months of delivery. You choose a repair, a replacement or a full refund, and we pay the return delivery.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +1 929 602 4742 or email support@lorime.store with your order number. We reply within one working day with the return address and next steps.

Refunds go back to the payment method used for the order within 3 working days of the item reaching us, after which your payment provider may take up to 10 working days to show it in your account. The full terms are in our Refund Policy, and nothing in them limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
